DSTV billing department does not know what they are doing!!!

Joined price lock on 7 June 2018 at R959 price lock and added an extra view explorer2 for R49 price lock on 11 june I was told that the month of June would be pro rata and I would be billed in advance for july i.e R843 pro rata plus R49 R959 R1851 TOTAL amount due

If you phone dstv and enter your id now they say I owe approx R2650

I have telephoned 5 times without this being corrected - you can't speak to someone in charge only agents who PROMISE to rectify and come back to me This is now going on for 2 weeks without any correction or feedback.
