DSTV billing account errors
Unable to cancel a DSTV Premium subscription incorrectly added to my account. My account balance shows I owe double the amount due to this error. I have called 5 times during February 2023, everytime the callcentre agents escalate the case, but I was cut off from both subscriptions on 1 March 2023. I have paid R699 for February 2023 and and R699 for March 2023, but neither of the streaming packages are active. My account shows in arrears by R1398 (two months of incorrectly added subscription) To date, DSTV are unable to correct this error
