DSTV BIlling - Access Fee

<p>We had Xtraview which we had cancelled. According to me I only have to pay R759.00 per month. However I see I also pay R85.00 for an Access Fee. I phoned to enquire and they told me it is because we have an HD PVR and we must pay because we can do recordings. When I bought the HD PVR I paid for this much more than a normal decoder. Why do I have to pay extra just because I can make recordings.</p> <p>What more is DSTV going to come up with to make more money out of people????? This is tough times there is no money to throw around.</p> <p> </p>
