DSTV BILLING

Hi, I started this process on 2 October with DSTV. my debit order was R 2 794 this month normally between R 966 and R 1100. Can only manage to get hold of someone hold via Freschat. They keep on telling me they are referring my query to accounts and that DSTV will credit my account. Not good enough, they need to refund me.
