DSTV billing

I took out a pricelock deal with multi choice and have been unable to pay since May and my services have been disconnected since then but they expect me to pay R2780 for me to get reconnected! I totally don't understand why because I have not been watching DStv since May but they keep increasing the amount to pay instead of me paying my monthly installment fee plus R50 recconection fee. When you call the contact centre their agents can't even explain why am I being charged so much or what am I being charged for.
