Dstv billiing error

Please Assist Customer was over debited on her ***. She normally pays R950 and this time an amount of R1445 was taken off her account. Customers wants the difference paid back to her account as she does not know what is it for

We are on the pricelock deal since last year September. We have always been paying between R960-R1000. Now out of the blue our debit order amounted to R1445. Which is redicoilus!!!!!!

We called fhe call centre and to our shock we were told that we are charged for rewinding and PAUSING FOR live tv. Now first of all we DO NOT WATCH LIVE TV, WE RECORD AND WATCH IT LATER AND WATCHING catchup and recordings ON BOTH DECODERS. We were never charged this nor advised of this. We did not agree to this service at all.

Please take this service of our subscription and ensure we are credited as we did not agree to this and we are still on the pricelock deal
