Dstv billed incorrectly
After numerous calls and emails my mother is still being billed uncorrectly. And this has been escated many times. Seriously - Dstv please contact us urgently

17 Jul 2020, 09:12And low and behold, this has still not been sorted out. My mother got another call this morning advising her that this hasnt been sorted, and they are checking the contract amounts. She is no longer on a price lock. How many times do i have to reach out and ask for assistance!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I will take this further if this is not sorted out by COB 17/7/2020.
