dstv - bill people extra subscriptions
I got a new price lock decoder and was billed pro rate. i paid the pro rate and the monthly subscription. now i am being billed for an extra subscription. there is no one at dstv who can assist or understand. DSTV must appoint people who has knowledge of accounts and not only appoint *********** people.
