DSTV BILL IS CLIMBING AND I DO NOT EVEN HAVE DSTV ANYMORE

OMW.... Our DSTV was active almost more than one year ago , if i'm correct i phoned them in August 2019 to reactivate our account which was also so big story they could not help me... and i left it not wanting Dstv anymore because of the hassle but when i spoke to them they said to me i need to pay R845 so they can activate Dstv but i left it because i was transferred from one person to another.. so we moved into a new place and decided i wanted to try again to activate our Dstv they now say i owe them R1313 for what ????? the services was not even on but the bill is climbing? i phoned in this morning and they could just not help me??? it almost have R500 more on the account since last i phone them ??? is this how you people do clients in ??????? and then you cant even tell me why there is an amount of R1313 outstanding ??? Is there someone who can help me because im surely not going to pay R1313 for i don't know what for?
