DSTV BILL FOR SERVICES THAT ARE DISCONNECTED.

Dstv debit order returned unpaid. I can’t pay it now but I can’t cancel the service until I’ve paid for 2 months worth of service that I have not had. Next month I will still be disconnected, and I will still be expected to pay for the months that I never had the service. How is it legal or in line with the CPA to be expected to pay for a service when the services had been disconnected as there is no contract in place. I’m tired of being **********.
