Dstv

I Oscar Ditedu having a complain about Dstv ,on February on the 14th my dstv was off then I pay R200 an call dstv an ask them how much I owe them so that they can open my dstv ,they said I have to pay R280 coz I already paid 200 meaning I have 2 pay R480 including reconnection fee meaning R430 plus R50 reconnection then on the 22th the transformer explored from Eskom then we didn't have electricity till last month on the 23th electricity was back on I check with multichoice how much I owe they said R588 an my instalment with them is R514 according to my understanding if they said R588 meaning they include reconnection fee that's y they say R588 then it played for 1 week and they switch it of again and they said I have to pay R588 again .so I called dstv to clarify this for me they said my outstanding fee was R401 I don't understand why coz if you don't pay dstv by month end around 2nd or 3rd they switch it off so by that time for those days # why must I pay R588 again .I think multichoice reap people off and they don't care as long they can get money from you. # why must I suffer like this with my family.
