Dstv - beyond useless
So once again back to square one, can’t stream dstv because of error codes plus No one has come back to me about my account. I almost had a full week of viewing dstv for the first time this month. I’m still owed money by you guys because I’ve paid 699 and haven’t had a full month viewing never mind spending countless hours trying to fix this. I spoke to 3 different agents this morning for about an hour and a half and no one could help clear the error VA 500 so now I can’t stream anything. You guys fail your viewers beyond belief. It’s downright disgusting how much time I’ve had to spend on trying to fix this situation.

03 May 2022, 14:22I've decided to cancel my package because of the incompetence of multichoice. I've disconnected my services online, it said I need to give a termination date and the closest option is 02 June (next month), delete it NOW, remove my profile as well as all of my information from your records. Let me make this very clear, I do not want to be hassled with anything going forward or you will have my attorneys to answer to. I'm absolutely disgusted with multichoice at the way this account has been mishandled. I have spent countless hours explaining myself to at least 20 different agents with all different answers and I'm fed up. If there are any issues going forward I will be happy to take my medical issues caused by this frustration to my attorney and we all go to court over this.
