DSTV beyond useless!
<p>I have an online account which is attached to my brothers account. I have since got a new account and all I want to do is delete the old account - simple! But this seems to be impossible to do. So my only hope now is this forum as it seems that if you want anything done you need to log it on Hellopeter. Customer Service tell me they cannot do it. Trying to find "live chat" via google or the website is almost impossible! DSTV sort out your webiste and sort out your customer service as it really rates way below even average!! </p>

Login to DStv Now app , select Setting , Manage devices then remove your brother’s devices.
To access Live Chat , follow steps below :
Download the DStv Now app -> Select 3 lines at the top -> Settings -> Click on Live Chat.
