DSTV being ridiculous

I am still waiting for someone from DSTV to contact me because this is now getting ridiculous double charging a person for services and then just expect you to pay for it without any questions does not sit right with me. This needs to be sorted today still because seriously i must almost R2000.00 they mad and crazy
