Dstv being disconnected due to unallocated funds

I downgraded my dstv package and this was the beginning of all my troubles. I made a payment on the 30th of June for the new package, showmax and disneyplus as add ons and i have been disconnected twice in a space of 1.5 weeks. Im told my payment is not allocated. Everytime i call , the consultants reconnect me and assure me that my funds have been allocated and it keeps happening. So frustrating
