DSTV - being charged for no services.

Since the end of November last year, I am being charged and debited for the Price Lock deal that was never delivered or installed.

The only responses I have received from DSTV call centers is the run around of how it is not their problem.

Does anyone have a suggestion of how I can take up a legal case of them not giving a ****.
