Dstv Becoming Useless

Now my services has been suspend because you only pick up a duplicate on your system now? who's fault is that mine? why do i get penalized for your finance team's mistakes? a couple of month ago one friend of my went through the same **** on price lock were you failed to debit the account then later you wanted to make it look like it is his fault, you know what is ****ing off is that when i made a payment of R17 i called before to ask whats happening and i was told not to worry as everything is in order now to take a u turn and blame me and not your staff iS way beyond me, most of my friends cancelled dstv and i stuck with it never missed a payment and to get this treatment im also done.
