For the past 2 months I pay dstv 600 then they still do not reconnect the agents cut the conversation while trying to assist me with my issue and the phone calls lead to no solution. What angers me is that i actually sent them screen shot of my payment and their excuse is I must give off format. Tried explaining to them I'm immobile at the moment and can't go somewhere to be assisted I just got discharged from hospital. But still 15 days after payment I'm still not reconnected
