DStv bad support services

Dstv Customer interactive platforms. Dstv app and the whatsapp does not work. I tried it several times in December and again in April 2021. Still does not work. Dstv call centre number keeps on directing you there to use the srlf service. No joy. Then I wait 15 minutes on the phone to get a person to anwer at the call centre. They deal with the request put the phone down then s system error appear a few minutes later and I have to start the call and wait process again. When is Dstv going to fix the there self help service on the app. Sure it does not take months. International company with 3 world support services. Un acceptable.
