DSTV BAD SERVICE, INEXPERIENCED STAFF

Bad Service. Inexperienced staff! my dstv explorer decoder has no pvr functions I have been calling dstv for the whole week. Still they have not solved my problem all I hear is that the matter is being escalated and no one can tell me what is going on, yesterday I called and they said all decoders are not working. That was a Lie!!!!!!Netflix doesn't give such problems and they are cheaper so good bye dstv and your bad service.
