Dstv bad service

I won a reward in a competition on 10/11/21 it was suppose to be a automatic upgrade on 5 December. No upgrade happened I contacted them the 5 and the 6. The Facebook team and live chat team escalated my query and said it has a 24 hour turnaround time. The 24 hours has come and gone and still no upgrade. Maybe they must refrain from doing competition if they not going to give the prizes out
