Dstv Bad Service

It is with bad experience from multichoice dstv internet - I have received an sms stating my delivery of my internet unit, but I didn't received the unit. Been calling dstv since 16 March 2022 for advice all I hear is no joy, I have even used my petrol to visit dstv walk-in center for further help. Unfortunately no one helped other than escalation and limited functions. Spoken to over 14 consultant nor even to call the delivery guys (on the dot) for assistance non of them could assist. And now I have received a notification of payment that includes the unit pricing in it... Hello Peter help
