DSTV BAD SERVICE!!!!!
DSTV owes us a refund since 20 December 2023 but nothing paid although numerous calls were made and although all documents are in order, This is pathetic service and your call centre agents are only the middle man with only "escalation" answers. No manager/team leader every available and I can't get through to Finance. All I get is an apology and nothing else. DSTV contact me urgently or I shall take further legal action!!!!
