DSTV bad service

Your service sucks, I paid an amount of R553.07 on the 6th of June 2022, Because that is what DSTV's app said I must pay. This morning my Services is disconnected and the DSTV app says I owe R1074.10!!!!!!!

Why is this???? I have paid for the month of June!!! I have sent the proof of payment numerous via email and via chat(this morning).

Sort this out today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
