DStv bad service

The most horrible experience with these people. Nobody can help you and they keep on giving the same advice although you said that nothing is working. If you ask something then it is a technical problem. For two days I have been struggling to link my showmax on my DStv account and still nothing. Please put people in jobs that want to work and know what is going on. They make promises but that is all.
