Dstv Bad service
I have been a dstv customer for over 20 years, I want to downgrade or cancel my subscription however I cannot do it on the app or WhatsApp line. The new Android app is completely useless I've tried to o it but dololo. I believe they are doing it on purpose, I logger a ticket for ky Showmax in September till now no feedback. Tuis is the reason they are in trouble just simple bad customer service.
As I am writing this review I am 100 sure they won't attend coz they just don't give a **** about their CUSTOMER. ****ED ALWON
