Dstv bad service

Hi....dstv service is pathetic, since from last week been complaining about the same thing. I paid for my dstv with dstv internet but no internet was loaded. They keep on saying they will escalate the matter and my data will be added in 24 hours. I keep on calling every 24 hours,they keep on saying the same thing. Today its the 11th for data i couldve got on the 1st. I have spent so much data for nothing. I have ran out of options. Please hep
