Dstv bad service

I change my dstv in November to a price log special with Dstv. But my bill stay the same as the normal bill. I have two decoders and asked dstv to stopped my house dstv and open only my holiday house dstv. Now i receive two acvounts. From descember i phone in with nou help. Please assist
