DSTV BAD SERVICE

Good day,

So I have been trying to sort out my viewing channels on my cell phone for over a week, I phone the call centre and I get told that this can only be done on the live chat.

It’s a simple procedure to link my stuff but No one can actually help or do it. Your service is absolutely a disgrace and all you people can do is debted my account but if a customer needs something you can’t help whatsoever.

I’m actually debating canceling my subscription with DSTV.
