DSTV - BAD SERVICE!!!

I would like to express how disappointed & dissatisfied I am with DSTV's service. Their call center agents are not entirely clued up in terms of feedback and assistance. I was given the wrong information regarding my payment, the second call center agent never called me back to confirm the details of my inquiry. On the 13th of November they decide to switch services off whereas they are the ones who inconvenienced me in the 1st place.

Pathetic service indeed
