dstv bad service

Hello. i am in Pretoria and i have been calling multichoice for the whole of last month. i bet i have used more than R400 just by calling them at times they just disconnect the call without any help, like this morning i spoke to a guy called Liam and he disconnected the call when he couldn’t help me. I paid for last month and received the ****piest service ever, after swapping my Decoders. AS a result I will not be paying multichoice. This was escalated to the accounts department 2 times i dont think it exists.
