Dstv bad service

Dstv double debuted my account last month and I reversed the amount and paid cash, they suspended my services on the 7th of october and I called them ,they reactivated them,after I was at war with them via Twitter and now since last Thursday my services have been suspended they said they will calm calm me when I DM them on Twitter ever since nobody has contacted me they say I owe them 889 at first and now they say I owe them 1500 which when I ask what is it for nobody can tell me that ,their service I pathetic up to the point I Asked for the CEO'S office number and e-mail address nobody is giving it to me ,I've never seen such poor and bad service and I've been a client who is paying them every month with no fail via debit order so I said last month they must cancel my debit order I'm even thinking of cancelling the Dstv and oot for Netflix after the bad service I've received I'm disgusted and disappointed at the same time
