Dstv bad service

My services are disconnected every morning for the whole week now,payment was made a wrong account which fixed immediately after sending POP the frustration of waking up to disconnected service having to call daily and explain one thing,the agents and their TL Thabiso they are all *********** putting me on hold for over 20min their is extremely poor
