DSTV bad service

Hi I have been informed that I am still owing DSTV for insurance on a decoder outstanding is R 234. 84. Again why was I not informed that insurance and DSTV are two separate departments, yet all this was on one debt order Please can I have the correspondence where DSTV tried contacting me prior to handing me over, for the contract that was terminated in Oct 2019 Regards Carl
