DSTV bad experience with account

Dstv handed my account over to a debt colector called SSDA in February 2024. My account was in arears with R270 but settled in January 2024 already. Dstv refrained from updating the status on SSDA side and now this company is sending me constant emails with threats of legal sction for R270. After numerous efforts to sort it in 6 months I now had enough. So this is it in basic terms, DSTV/Multichoice...your finance and legal divisions are the worst! No communication, no help!
