Dstv bad customer support

I took out Pricelock with DSTV round about Nov 2020 for R499 per month for 24 months but last year Dec 2021 they deducted almost R800 from my bank account and I have never been in arrears I phoned in and was told they gonna reverse my money they never did. And then from January 2022 they deducted R663 I phoned numerous times each time they say they escalated it to the contracts dept and they will contact me but no one ever calls. This is not on and it's not right we had an agreement for 24 months on a fixed amount of R499. I wait for you to call but clearly because being an old DSTV customer means nothing to you, as long as you get my money then **** the rest.
