DStv bad customer support
I took the DStv priceLock contract for R849. Since then they made a mess of my account and overcharged me.<br> I have phoned 4 times now, asking this to be fixed, and each time I am told that they have to escalate this, and a person from the DPP department will contact me to resolve the issue.<br> Up to now, no one has phoned me. <br> We are paying so much for DStv, and we constantly get the worst customer support from them!<br> Can someone from DSTV please phone me !!<br>
