Dstv bad customer service

I have had the worst experience ever with trying to sort out a problem with Dstv. Twice this morning I have had customer care service agents put the phone down on me. I have phoned them every day this week, been sending emails since 2.1.2025 and still my issue has not been sorted. It's no wonder they are losing customers. I have been a customer since the inception of Mnet and never missed a month and this is how I am treated. Disgusted with what they call service.
