DSTV bad customer service

I spoke to Pamela Njikazi she blamed me for upgrading my package which I didn't do. I kept on explaining to her it's not my fault but the person at shoprite. She even hanged up the phone in my ear. Very rude consultant. She must be fired.

I had to call three times my issue is still not resolved
