DSTV Bad Client Service as no installation as per appointment

I called and basically showed interest in DSTV. I waited over a week to be contacted by the agents to set installation appointment and nothing. Then the agent that help me take up the offer called back to follow up and scheduled appointment. I received the SMS and rushed home on to make the appointment only for the installation technician to not make contact and not even come to the appointment. I am very angry. We are not going to 2 weeks and DSTV will expect me to pay full premium amount yet they are giving me the round around and have not done the installation.
