Dstv bad bad bad

Dstv is the worst i have to fone them every month costs a lot of airtime,and every time thy say problem is resolved just toe have the same problem with even more problems we are livestreaming with dstv with the R539 pack last month i payed R600 nothing was outstanding,niw yesterday when i went into my account they say i need toe pay R1678 when i ask them what is going on they say i have 5 streamings last moth it was 2 this month there's 5 i mean wat de hell they don't know where it's from or how to take it off they say i must go into my account and do it myself,but there is no such option what they give me i now want to close the account but they then again say i must go into my account and do it myself again there's no option for that whent in store they refuse to help they say i must fone customer care line i have been foning for months now NO HELP WHAT SO EVER,,,I AM DONE WITH THEM WHAT DO I DO HOW CAN I TAKE OFF ALL THESE LINKED STREAMINGS HOW CAN I CLOSE THE ACCOUNT PLEASE HELP I CAN'T ENAY MORE
