I phoned the DSTV call centre to claim the price reduction widely reported in media. I am a premium member paying R 878 pm and noted their new price of R 699pm. Your consultant said he knew nothing about this despite the wide publicity. He said that he would phone me back which needless to say he has not. Very bad service by Multichoicce 😢
