Dstv

I have report dstv to hellopeter last week. The following day they contact me and promised to come back later in the day. Till know nobody came back to me. I have paid upgrade decoder sinc May 2021, still didnt received it. Dstv send it to Newcastle. I want to cancel, but with no luck.
