I signed up for price lock for R959 but got charged an extra R119 last month. I was told due to system error some clients were charged more but will be refunded. To date I haven't received my refund. This month my bill was R840 due to over charge of last month but got billed R959. I sent a query but no one came back to me. They have no right to debit my account more than they should. I want my REFUND!
