I had a bad experience since the introduction of wheel of happiness, am on pricelock of R439 but this month I was charged R978 whereas am on a contract. How does this happen? I have been chatting with them on Twitter but they a failing to assist and telling me that they made a mistake after loading free package upgrade, so now am being penalised for their mistakes. I need a refund of the difference
