Wow. I have been trying to do a price lock and get a pvr decoder with the promotion for the past 4 days. First day i have been asked to send proof of bank for debit order. Then i got an auto response saying it was received. next day call to finalize the application they say they did not receive the document. Send stupid document again and again auto reply saying received. Called the next day and it was allocated to account. as the application was going i was told to hold for a minute to verify details. call dropped after 10 minutes and no call back. called back and the same thing happened. Today i ask to Speak to a manager. I was told the manager will call me back. Its been 5 hours and still no call. Can someone please give me a call!!!!!!!!!!!
