They are failing on their awards program that I joined a couple of years ago.

16 Sept 2026, 21:16I qualified for the 65+ award for pensioners and received a R196 a month discount on my premium package and paid R1033 per month. This month they claimed R1229 on my debit order. My enquiries yield the following results. (1) We were told to inform people who queries this that the award was put on hold. (2) The discounts are the same every month. (3) the discounts are not the same every month. No explanation why, is it indefinite, temporary and will we be reimbursed.
