DSTV automatic debit orders.

DSTV call centre could not stop a debit order from my account (which I did not agree to). I contacted the call centre and the agent on duty could not assist me. I asked to speak to the manager or team leader but the agent said that they will not be able to help me. I never agreed to an automatic debit order as payment for January 2019. I have cancelled my DSTV subscription and I will never use DTSV or Showmax ever again.
