DSTV Atrocious Customer Service

Dstv customer service is atrocious. No wonder they are losing subscribers. I was trying to subscribe to Dstv Premium Streaming package but for some reason their app didn't allow me to pay. I then tried the alternative method suggested of WhatsApp. Chat agents Sinazo & Thulisile were completely unhelpful. Instead they sent me a link to the same website that I was having issues with paying. The killer is their standard response "are you still there?" after detailing the problem to them. It is not a surprise they are losing subscribers because even the few people who still willing to use their it's made hard to pay them.
