DSTV ASKING FO A REDICOULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY

I am on easy view package which is like R30 a month and i always pay R50 just to have a credit balance on the 26 of July my services were discontinued because i suddenly have added extras on my package which i know nothing about and because its already added on the system i must pay for them like how , i never requested those additional things , DSTV IS DAYLIGHT *******
